Polish Goodness
I just found out about this Edible World event a few days ago from the folks over at First Person Arts. As a good Polish girl I felt obligated to share. It sounds yummy! I mean really, who doesn't like a good pierogie? There are so many cool food events here in Philly and I really need to start going to more of them!

Funny, I've been looking at a Polish cookbook I just brought home from Babcie's, and thinking of trying homemade pierogi!
Oh Man, we LOVE pierogi's in our house. Who would have thought that a good old pierogi would be one of a picky two year olds favorite food? Maybe someday when I have more time (18 years maybe now that I have a 4 week old!) I will attempt to make them homemade rather than from a box! I can only hope they will taste as good as Babcia's did!
Eri I tried only once, years ago, to make pierogies and it was such a mess that I haven't attempted them again. Maybe a project for the next time I'm unemployed? And I think I understand pierogies being one Nate's favorite foods - who doesn't like dough stuffed with cheesy potatoes?
